Right to request deletion
The account holder may request deletion of the Pet Daily account and removal of personal data linked to the service, subject to applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Data that may be deleted
- Registration data, associated credentials, and account identifiers.
- Pet data, history, health records, schedules, reminders, and cloud-synced information.
- Local preferences and device-stored data when removed by the app or the user.
How to request deletion
Email suporte@hmapps.com.br with the subject "Pet Daily account deletion request".
- Include the registered email and, if possible, the profile name.
- Do not send passwords, tokens, or excessive data.
- Wait for confirmation and any identity verification steps.
Timing, effects, and exceptions
After confirmation, the account may be disabled and eligible data removed within a reasonable period. Some records may be retained to comply with legal duties, prevent fraud, ensure security, or exercise rights.
