Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Pet Daily, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you should not use the app.
About Pet Daily
Pet Daily helps pet guardians organize care routines, pet profiles, schedules, reminders, timelines, and health records.
Account, security, and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and use Pet Daily only for lawful purposes aligned with the service.
- Do not access third-party accounts, APIs, systems, or data without authorization.
- Do not add unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or rights-infringing content.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, commercially exploit, or disrupt the app except where allowed by law.
Health records and veterinary guidance
Vaccine, medication, appointment, dosage, batch, and note records are for personal organization and do not replace veterinary care, diagnosis, or monitoring.
Reminders, sync, and availability
Reminders and notifications may fail because of device settings, battery saving, missing permissions, technical unavailability, or external factors.
Pet Daily may sync data with remote servers and integrate third-party services such as Google, Apple, Sentry, app stores, and infrastructure providers.
Privacy, deletion, and contact
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law, including Brazil's LGPD where applicable. Requests may be sent to suporte@hmapps.com.br.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
